Return & Exchange Policy 

Thanks for shopping at Better Baby Boutique. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Customers have 2 calendar days to  initiate the exchange of an item(s) from the date the item(s) are received. Customers must notify us at hello@betterbabyboutique.com within 2 calendar days of sending the item that an exchange is on its way to us. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs with the carrier of their choice. Clearance sales are final and cannot exchanged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send item(s) to be exchanged to:

If an item is defective or our fulfillment team made a mistake, we will accept the item back for a refund. Defects do not include sizing or color as compared to product photography. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or send out the replacement item(s). If returned, you will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Items that are available for purchase on our website are in-stock and in our possession, so you will generally receive your item within 2-5 days after placing an order. International orders placed from outside of the US expect to receive your order between 5-15 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  Contact Us if you have any questions on how to return your item.

Better Baby Makeover Giveaway
The Better Baby Makeover Giveaway is not in away affiliated or associated to the Instagram brand. To enter the giveaway, contestant must repost & hashtag #BetterBabyMakeover. In addition, contestant must tag 3 moms on the original contest post. Lastly, contestant must like and comment on one of the photos in our feed. Winner will select 6 in-stock items from betterbabyboutique.com and we will send them promptly, all free of charge. please contact hello@betterbabyboutique.com with questions. Contest ends 11:59PM August 17th and the winner will be announced August 18th. 

Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used for purchases of merchandise at betterbabyboutique.com. Redeemable in US only. Not redeemable for cash unless required by law and cannot be replaced. Return of merchandise purchased with this card is subject to store return policy.

Subscription Boxes
*Important: Coupons may not be used on subscription box or starter kit purchases. Upon receiving initial payment, your first box will be shipped. Billing will then continue on the 22nd of the following month. Remaining boxes will ship on the 30th of each month for the duration of your subscription. Upon initial payment, you will receive an authorization to be billed monthly for the duration of your subscription. 3 month agreements will be billed at $44.99/mo all-inclusive (shipping & tax included) and 6 month boxes will be billed at $39.99/mo all-inclusive (shipping & tax included).
